Welcome Home A Hero Grapevine is less than five-minutes from DFW   Airport, and this close proximity to the airport gates gives you an opportunity to greet our soldiers every other day. Terminal D at DFW Airport is the official Port of Entry for all military personel returning on the two-week R&R leave program. So everyone—young and old, citizens and visitors alike—is invited to come to the airport and give our Heros a warm Texas welcome back home! Meet the troops at Gate D22 on the Lower Level. And, call 972 574-0392 before you come to get updated flight arrival schedules at the airport, as flight times vary during the upcoming holidays.  Don't forget to wear and wave red, white and blue!
